Contributer and Staff Sections

There are now two new sections for staff and contributers. They are in the Special category above Trash and Other.

You may be in both if you're in both groups, but you may not be in staff chat if you aren't a staff member, and you can't be in contributer chat if you're not a contributer (unless you're an admin).
